This is an amazing place to stay. Very clean. I would definitely stay here again. There is elevator in the hotel. Staff are very friendly and speak decent English. They even helped me to find transport to go to the bus stop (there are fewer Grab taxies in this city).

The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking Phayao lake, lotuses at the banks, and mountains. Very peaceful environment, clean and safe parking. The room was fully equipped with modern furnitures and clean. A+ for the receptionist!

Small hotel overlooking the swamp and lake (Kwan Phayao). Located near the main road, but a little outside of Phayao city. Having a car is convienient. Fairly new hotel and it shows, rooms are nice. Ample parking space. No swimming pool. Cheap breakfast (80 THB).

The bed is so comfy and hard so I don't get back pain after travelling a long way. The room decoration is nice.
